Andrew Cohen
President and CEO

Education: Florida State University graduate with studies in Management and Computer Science
Andrew Cohen is managing director for All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta. Prior to their acquisition in September 2011, Andrew founded, and lead West Central Florida's leading outsourced computer services firm specializing in the needs of small and medium businesses. As President and CEO of Vertical IT Solutions, Andrew’s passion, leadership and community involvement have become hallmarks of his tenure at the company.
Since 1987, Andrew has headed several national and local technology companies with specializations in managed IT services, application development, financial systems. Andrew assumes full management responsibility for the Florida branch at All Covered, including delivering on the company’s vision of “being a trusted and valued outsourced IT department.” Andrew is known inside and outside the company for his devotion to building closer relationships with All Covered's customers and partners — and for ensuring their needs are heard, understood, and served by every team member.
Described variously as tenacious, focused, funny, passionate, and hard-charging, Andrew has infused All Covered with his own brand of energetic discipline and spirit over the years. Andrew says, “Our professional team shares my passion for delivering the finest IT services, anytime. I want people to understand the amazing, positive way our outsourced approach can allow our customers to focus toward the success of their businesses” Andrew, born in November 1961, grew up in Florida and was educated at Florida State University with studies in Management and Computer Science. There, Andrew meet Wendy and have lived in Tampa for over 25 years with his two daughters, Gabrielle and Jaclyn. Andrew’s sense of community includes generous give back, executive leadership, and, financial contributions. This is reflected in his board involvement with many Tampa Bay non-profits. Andrew enjoys running, swimming, hiking, but loves biking, jet skiing, and snow skiing.

Wendy Cohen
Vice President
Years of Experience: 14+ years
Education: Graduated with a BS in Finance from Florida State University
Wendy has more than 14 years of experience working in the financial sector. Her responsibilities at VIT include management of all Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, and finance functions. Prior to joining Vertical IT, Wendy worked with a large Florida-based financial institution as an internal auditor. Her previous experience not only provides her with a background in financial accounting, but also includes control procedures and quality review processes.
