TAMPA, FL. — Vertical IT Solutions, Central Florida's leading provider of outsourced information technology and voice services, was awarded the Competitive Edge Award from the Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance. This $12,500 grant will enable Vertical IT engineers to receive additional certifications from the accredited facility at the LaSalle Learning Center.
Ten of our twenty-one Vertical IT engineers volunteered to participate in using the grant benefits. They will attend after-hours educational classes and receive the latest Microsoft training and certification. "We are in the business of developing and growing IT professionals," said Andrew Cohen, CEO and President of Vertical IT Solutions. "This award complements our existing educational programs for our technical staff. The advanced education and tools provided by this award, will further strengthen our ability to better serve our clients while improving their experience with technology."
The Competitive Edge Award allows qualified businesses the opportunity to receive funding for continued training of their employees.
